I was able to find a stock photo today. Ironic I have been searching for a stock photo since I came across this top. 😃 I do believe that the top was made to be oversized. I do not believe that this was missed sized.

@cindyswanson827 😂 just noticed that I could reply to the comment, lol. In the original photo, you can see that it is attached (apart of) to the collar. I have it tied in the year original photo. I also wanted to mention that the stock photo shows that the top is a lighter blue. The photo that I have posted is very accurate to the correct color.
