Farm Rio Hidden Tigers Floral Puff Sleeve Mini Dress M / S

Size M but it runs a bit small (more like a Small or S/M in my opinion), please see photos for measurements. It has a bit of a stretch. I’m usually a medium in Farm Rio dress but this one is a bit too tight for me in the waist and bust area. I’m 130lbs, C cup and 5’5’ for reference. I can fit in it (as you can see in the photos) but it’s a bit tight :( Great condition, no flaws to note.
