susannahharr264Hi! Ok the waist does have a slight elastic which is nice. I don’t have a proper garment measuring tape, however I 5’6, true 4/6, wear 28 in jeans, bust 34c.
The fabric is made 100 percent from hemp in India. It’s very free and breezy… bought for trip to Costa Rica but ended up not wearing
