Fanka dark gray high rise bike shorts approximately a size small

FANKA dark gray high rise bike shorts. Excellent like new condition. Wide waistband for abdominal support. High compression shorts. The size tag is missing but the approximate measurements are as follows. 13" relaxed waist, 11" rise and 9" inseam. I think they could fit a XS or small possibly too tight for a medium.
