This dress/Blouse has very high slits on the side and the material is so flowy when you walk. Purchased this directly from famous designer Meena Bazaar boutique in Houston, TX. The pant size is XXL but has elastic waistband and fits from Medium/2XLarge. These dresses are one of a kind. Blouse is a Medium but it's loose fit so fits a XL too.

cindykrdz @lnheffron it sure does. I’m a Busty (36DD) & bc of the open neck cut & the high skits on the sides it has enough room to squeeze into. The tag reads medium bc it’s suppose to be a loose fit but it was more fitted on me. I’m L-XL for tops.

lnheffron Cindy, I rec'd the black split skirt. The size is a L. If that waist is same as on this outfit, then waist will fit me and I would like to purchase this outfit as previously discuss. cindykrdz @lnheffron hi, sorry I’m out of the country. I tried to get someone to come over to my home & measure this out for you but I’m having no luck. The skirt has an elastic stretch band. The reason I purchased that style blouse with the deep V and slits was because I am busty and needed the extra room. My pant waist size is a 8 but top is sometimes XL bc of the boobs. As soon as I get back I’ll measure it out and post the measurements.
