Famous Barr? Petite floral skirt

31” length, flat waistband on front, elastic on the back. Tag says Dry Clean Only, but I don’t think my Mom did that and the skirt looks great. Waistband approximately 12 1/2”. No slit in back, just lower front below last button. It might be a Famous Barr petite? Great to finish getting you through the Summer and into Fall!
