Family Guy Stewie NIB Dashboard Figure

Selling this Family Guy Stewie NIB Dashboard talking Figure from 2008 This is a cool-looking figure. This figure has never removed from its packaging. The packaging says he makes sounds when you drive. Has a try me button, However, it doesn't work. I think the batteries are dead. Since it is new in the package I didn't want to open it to try it out. So for purpose of the posting, he will come as is which is non-working and needs batteries.
