Please see the measurements on this beautiful skirt before purchasing. The material is a softwool blend. Extremely soft almost like a flannel. It is lined, and the measurements are shown in the photos. I am listing it as a size medium because it measures as a size medium, even though the size tag says extra large. Please see measurements this will not fit an extra large person. The item comes from a free pet free home is new with tags.
