Fall Blanket Cape with Buckles

My Fall Blanket Cape is the perfect piece of outerwear to pair with a chunky sweater, jeans, and brown or black tall leather boots. It is a blend of wool and polyester and has been worn less than 5 times. It’s a beautiful piece but was a gift and is too large for me to style perfectly.
