Can be worn as a robe or as a light-weight cover-up at festivals. Designed and made by the owner of "The Fairy Flair Boutique". Purchased at the Charlotte NC Rennaissance Festival in 2012. Velour exterior. Velour string tie under chest. No buttons. Longer in back. Bell sleeve cuffs. Collarless. Tapers around the waist. Wider at the hips. No material label. Best guess is polyester (definitely not cotton). Excellent condition. No stains on the exterior. Small stain on the interior, not seen when worn (See last photo).
