Fairy Elf Pixie Christmas Doll Figuine Bendable Shelf Sitter 13" Mark Roberts?

Estate find. This fellow was amongst a collection of Mark Roberts fairy figures but this one is unbranded. He's bendable but was in a shelf sitting position when I picked him up. Outstretched, he measures approximately13" to the tip of his hat. He's winged (one wing has a tiny hole) and he appears to be holding Christmas garland with some greenery around his neck, wrists and ankles. Sit him on a shelf or tucked away in your Christmas tree. His face, hands and shoes appear to be resin. Purple/burgundy in color. Sold as shown, please see all photos.
