Fair Used Condition Tassel Choker Necklace with Beads -As Is

This is a very rare piece, the tassels look like leather but I’m not sure. The beads look like crystals, gorgeous piece. Flaws:There are some signs of wear in this necklace, some tarnishing noticed where the metal is turning dark but it’s still a gorgeous piece. Please check out all photos and the video.
