Fair Isle mohair texture and crochet pencil skirt

this beautiful skirt by Daniella has what I believe to be a mohair knit, but there are no tags so it could be acrylic. It has some fuzz to it. There’s a very slight gold thread running through some of that striping and some of the Fairisle pattern . Although we have a pencil skirt, there is almost a ruffle at the end of a crochet hem. Skirt is lined in an excellent condition. There are no fabric tags are size tags. Please see my measurements that elastic waistband will stretch easily to 19 inches. I am listing as a large in excellent condition.
