classicbeauty22 @alana_pope yes! This is all you need plus any face oil of your choice. I use virgin coconut oil all over my face then the use the cups and suction upwards. If you YouTube face cups and how to use them so many videos will pop up. I use mine 2/3 times a week. Keeps my skin firm, lifted and helps with acne. ☺️
