Fab'rik faux wrap navy dress

dress is navy with white polka dots with a ruffle along the bottom. Hard to see in the final photo but there is a shallow v neckline. sleeves hit mid arm with ruffle. Wrap is attached on one side and folds over to be tied. Belt loops are attached to hold it in place. dress hits about mid thigh. It is a deep enough navy to still be worn with black tights/shoes too!
