Made in New York. In very good condition, some small darker marks on the Left front, pictured, they look like water marks. Size 3, approximately 22” chest, 23” length. I would say it fits a Small or Medium, I fit an 8, and it fits me. The model pic is for style, this jacket is lighter green.
