FSOOG summer dress with open back and flowered skirt NWT

Beautiful summer dress by FSOOG. It is an aqua blue color with a flowered pattern across the skirt. Very soft stretchy material. Scoop neckline. The back has a cross crossed pattern with partial open back. Hidden zipper down the back of the skirt portion. Measures about 20.5” p2p. New with tags.
