FRYE brown snakeskin boots (size 9 GUC)

I specifically remember buying these boots when I was feeling flush after a bonus at work. They are gorgeous. I have taken excellent, excellent care of them. They have even been to the Leather Spa a few times for leather conditioning. The close-up photos are meant to show the beautiful leather. However, the last two close-ups are meant to show the only flaw which is a single ding, that is barely noticeable, and certainly fixable with a little glue. Questions are welcome!
