This jacket is so on trend, just one size too big for me. I’d say this would fit best a size 4-6. Could also fit a 2 if you like an oversized look.

I'm really trying to decide if this size is right for me! The measurements look right, but your description gives me pause because I'm a 2 to 4 in jackets (depending on brand) and never 6 (unless it's British, or pre-size inflation) and don't care of oversized. hmm.
