Reposhing this item I purchased from @hannahd1973. I didn’t wear or wash these so they are in the same state as when purchased. I didn’t notice that the pull cord is cut, but it still works great, actually better than it was intended because you can tighten them easier this way. The last photo is the previous sellers short description. The photo of Miley shows a celeb wearing a very similar style but not exactly the same. I added pics to show a closer view and measurements.
