bobapudding @luvfinds hi!! So sorry for the late reply as I was out of town. The dress is fully lined. Material: 100% Polyester. Lining: 97% Polyester, 3% Elastane. Length: 41.5” from adjustable strap to hem. Bust: 15”. According to the dress’s online description, the florals are navy blue, but look more like dark gray in person.
