Flowy cap sleeve short sleeve crop blouse by Free People. I’ve had this beauty for a while, but barely wore. Awesome preowned condition, super soft, paper-thin gauzey cotton. Missing material tag, but she’s a combination of cotton, lace & rayon I’ve thought the color was navy blue the whole time I’ve owned her, but in doing the product research am seeing her listed as black which I suppose I can see.
