NWT Free People Emilia Full Skirt in Large, Black Never worn, new with tags, gorgeous party skirt. I own two other colors and the fit is great. Was overzealous and bought this color as well but never ended up wearing it. When laid flat, the waistband measures about 16.75”. There is no stretch in the waistband. The bottom hem of the skirt has some kind of material sewn in to help give the skirt its fullness. Comes from a smoke free home, no stains or rips.
