Free People Lyra Lug Sole Leather Loafers in Dusty Blue (more of a grey color than blue) Listed size is EU 37, though the leather has stretched after some wear and they fit like a 7.5 now. Chunky 90s Style, goes great with many different style aesthetics and perfect for fall. Originally purchased on Revolve.
