@loliviao I have this dress in two different sizes, my normal one and sized down. I can wear both comfortably. My body type is hourglass, so my waist is the smallest part of my measurements. I think if you are shaped similarly, you can size down easily. If your stomach is your fullest area, you might have more difficulty sizing down and I would order TTS. I would not size up in any situation. The arms and skirt are both very flowing/oversized. The bodice is fully elastic so there's wiggle room.

For reference, I have a 34" waist and 50" hips and I can wear a large easily, comfortably.
