lw49 Wow thank you for sharing...We need to think positive with everything, especially our self. I just read an article about horse training and it spoke of our negative thoughts qe don't even acknowledge we have... They suggested 3 stones, put in your pocket and when a negative thought enters your mind to transfer a stone...You can adjust your thoughts only after you know you have them...
