Hi! I’m Shannon— Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, Master’s-level clinician, and someone who’s been through it. After 9 years of recovery from Anoreixa, I’ve turned my lived experience into my greatest strength. It's not something I overcame and left behind, but something I now use to walk with others through their own healing. My recovery gave me what no textbook ever could: the ability to hold a safe space with depth, compassion, and truth. With a background in Clinical Psychology and a soul that’s been through the fire, I offer grounded, heart-led coaching that sees YOU, not just your struggle. All of skill sets come with me being a therapist but you’ll get more of ME in this role as I’m not bound by the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) rules and guidelines on what is supposed to be shared with clients and what is NOT.
