These boots were shipped to me in error. I didn't order the wide cuff. They are indeed wide cuff and very attractive PU leather. They are kind of a cordovan- brownish redish, though they were advertised a burgundy, they are more brown. The heel is not very high and has a comfortable supportive footbed.
