The imperial palm pintuck dress with cute ties on the side and adjustable straps. This is the same dress that was worn by Riley Matthews on Girl Meets World. Beautiful pattern with a shiny trim at the bottom. Would be a great dress to pair with boots and a sweater or jacket for fall. Has a tiny spot on the back inside. The length measurement was taken with the straps at their longest.

@rebbbbbbb The chest at its tightest is about 13” flat, but can be loosened quite a bit (probably 4-6”), just keep in mind, the more it has to be loosened, the more it reveals. The front piece is only 13” itself.
