This beautiful ladies outfit is 100% rayon, and made in India. The 2 piece outfit consists of a long XL blouse and the skirt is tagged as ''FREE SIZE". The flat measurements are as follows: The blouse has 7 buttons going down the front, and one button on each of the sleeve cuffs. The length of the top of the sleeve from the shoulder down to the cuff measures 23", and from the underarm seam to the cuff measures 19". The actually opening of the cuff is 3 1/2". The chest area measures 26" from side seam to side seam, and at the waist it measures 27". From the top shoulder seam down to the hem, the blouse measures 29" both in front and back. About the skirt: from the waistband to the hem in both front and back of the skirt measures 36". From side seam to side seam, the skirt measures 37". The waist measures 21 1/2" from side seam to side seam, and the bottom of the skirt from side to side measures 37". There is a drawstring tying the waistband. (see pic #7).
