FOREVER21 black rose lace dress

black rose pattern lace-like dress. Is see through on shoulders and chest. It's been worn a few times and it's a stretchy material. 89% nylon 11% spandex for the outer layer and the slip underneath is 100% polyester. Because of the material the dress has little stretchy strings that hang off the dress. They are shown in one of the pictures above. Also there is a small hole, but the strings and hole all blend in. The strings can be cut off, but I'll leave them for the new owner to cut them off.
