FOREVER 21 with back straps/openings

Cute top with long sleeves that have small loops at wrist but no buttons. Back has crisscross design down middle of back that is approximately 2.5” wide and 17” long and opens to back. Pretty pattern with green, blue, black, turquoise, white and orange colors. Measures approximately 19” pit to pit and 16.5” pit to hem.
