FOREVER 21 TWIST Dressy Romper with Puff Detailing

This romper is not only easy to wear but is super cute and can be worn dress up with a pair of strappy heels or for a more casual look with wedge sandals or boots! The notched collar, tapered waist and puff cut at the legs gives this piece a slightly more dramatic look that is playful and sexy at the same time. Only worn two times so in excellent condition except for one small tear on the lining of the leg which is not at all noticeable & is actually easily sewn (see last photo).
