FOREVER 21 Off The Shoulder Patterned Dress

Size M Forever 21 off the shoulder dress. Cream color with pretty periwinkle/pink pattern. It’s definitely on the shorter side - I’m 5’1” and you can see in the 3rd picture where it hits above the knee for me.
