FOREVER 21 BLACK BUTTON-DOWN PARTY DRESS—size M/M. Perfect with bare legs, boots and a leather jacket! Buttons fall below the waist, above a 3-tier flounce—fabric has a slight sheen, so it’s great for any occasion. Belt loops on dress, but it didn’t come with the belt. Tiny hole beneath collar where the tag must’ve been pulled out, but it’s definitely NOT noticeable nor does it affect the overall look. Otherwise excellent condition—length from back of collar to bottom is 30”.
