The album was co-produced by founding members Mick Jones and Ian McDonald. It hit #4 on the US Billboard 200. 'Foreigner', the album spawned three Top-40 hit singles on the Billboard Hot 100. 'Feels Like the First Time' shot to #4, 'Cold as Ice' followed closely at #6 and 'Long, Long Way from Home' peaked at #20. The album also included the critically acclaimed tracks 'Headknocker' and 'Starrider,' the latter of which features a rare lead vocal from lead guitarist and co-founder Mick Jones.
