does the tag say 3x or 4x? i know their size corversion is different. 3x = M, 4x = L

@canelocarranza believe it or not it is true to fit. Well sorta, the size is somewhere between an American medium and large. On a medium size person it has pockets of bagginess and on a large it fits just right (tailored fit.) with no bagginess.
