FLEUR DE KALINA women's blouse

Japanese thrifted women's blouse. Honestly not sure how this is worn. There's a button on the neck as well strings around the waist. So I guess it's to be worn as a like a baggy overshirt dress Type thing. Outside has a faux suede feel where as the inside is silky. Light weight and breathable.
