FLAWED PLEASE READ The previous owner cut the ties on this dress, so it can no longer be worn as a wrap dress. It can only be worn as a kimono or long jacket. There are several scratches to the silk, and there are a couple dark spots. Please see photos. One photo contains what looks like a hole.
