FLASH SALE, Stella McCartney Black Flared Skirt

The skirt is in very good condition with no noted flaws. There is no size tag or material composition tag. I think it may be made of acrylic or polyester because it has a sateen appearance. The waist is 24” and the length is 17”. It is fitted towards the top of the skirt, but has flared pleats at different points at the bottom of the skirt. The zip closure is in the back. If it’s steamed, it will have an improved appearance with flounce.
