Lightweight crepy material with elastic waist and a bow on this flap doodle sleeveless blouse. Now at the waist and fringe detail down both sides of body starting at arm opening. Rainbow neon fringe in pink, orange, yellow, and blue. Gold trim detail with missing small section in the right near pit. See photos. Machine wash cold; tumble dry low.
