Pre-loved but in great condition. Leather lined and real fur, made in Italy. The inside of both boots do have a noticeable sticker mark. The boots say 8 1/2 on them but in my opinion they fit more like an 8. I'm an 8 1/2 and they fit me uncomfortably tight:/
