Hello, I sent you a picture of the materials tag, yes the jacket is genuine leather. The jacket is a girl's WILSON'S KIDS and the measurements are listed below:
Armpit to armpit is 18"
Length (shoulder to hem) is 24"
Sleeves (shoulder seam to cuffs) are 20.5".
