FINAL OFFER❌Twelve by Twelve Navy blue bell skirt

It’s deep navy blue which could pass as black in different lightings. It’s 💯 polyester with chiffon material on the bottom of the skirt creating a ruffle look. It has a size zipper with secure hook. There is a small tear on the back of skirt with one of the bottom layer chiffon ruffles. I didn’t eve recognized it until I stared at it closely while taking photos. See photos for details yourself.
