NWOT Cotton Jeans ridged denim - faded black wash - never worn cause they ran a bit small since they had no stretch. One is a size 27 but fit small, more like a 26-27. They are a 27 if you have slimmer thighs and backside. Same with the 28, fits like a 27.

@alexandriacar the measurement across the waist lying flat is around 13.25”. Inseam is around 28”. They are midrise. These are thicker denim and have no stretch though. I’m a true 27 in all my jeans but these I had to rebuy them in a 28. Mostly because I have curvier hips and thighs and they were too tight in those areas for my liking. I couldn’t bend my legs. Lol They would fit a 26 much more comfortably.
