Brand new in package. I have a pair and love them. Accidentally got shipped two of same pairs. ONE DIFFERENCE from pictures: waist tie is BRIGHT ORANGE. Figs changed this color since I bought, otherwise everything else same. The jumpsuit is Figs moss green, which provides an earthy tone. If you haven’t tried FIGS scrubs, this is your call. Material is soft with some flexible give. Some of the most comfortable scrubs. I am 5’7” and 145 lbs, and this jumper fits me very well, for reference. Not saggy or tight to fit.
