FIG Las Vegas cotton dress NWOT L (but fits like M), Made in Canada, Periwinkle

Elegant, flattering, minimalistic dress made in Canada by FIG. 91% cotton 9% spandex blend is substantive yet stretchy. 31" Chest, 36.5" Length. Labeled L but fits more like a medium in my opinion. Beautiful purple/blue periwinkle color. Purchased on sale from a higher-end clothing business that was going out of business, and never worn.
