FASHION SPY size L Juniors white/blue sleeveless fit/flare dress 100% polyester

THIS PRETTY WHITE AND BLUE SLEEVELESS FIT-AND-FLARE DRESS BY FASHION SPY, SIZE L JUNIORS, is pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently unworn, with original tags attached (pictures #13 & 14), in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. In classic fit-and-flare style, it consists of a close-fitting bodice joined to a flaring knee-length skirt, with a stretchy elastic waistband between them. It further consists of an outer shell in a sheer mesh-like material (picture #9) over 2 layers of white lining. The outer shell has an embroidered pattern of stylized plant forms in light blue accented with darker blue stitching (pictures #10 & 11). It has belt loops and a light-blue sash at the waist and a zipper closure on the left side. The fabric, outer and lining, is 100% polyester, hand wash cold and tumble dry recommended. The stated size is L, apparently a Juniors size; a regular size L would not be a good fit on my slender mannequin, Roxy. Prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 18"; waist 15", stretches to about 17"; hemline 32"; shoulder 15"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 26.5". If you like the dress but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate. Make me an offer.
