wolfiekiki @whitneyy20 the waist on both the top and bottom are stretchy. I would say the material isn’t stretchy itself but it does fit more oversized

wolfiekiki @whitneyy20 I want to say yes but I am not sure, I think the best way is to compare your measurements to the measurements in the photos and then to know that the waist is elastic. If it helps, I’m 5’6” 123 pounds with a 26” waist and this outfit was a bit loose on me
