FARM Rio Richelieu Velvet Lace Dress.- Read Description!

Reposhing this elegant velvet lace dress from FARM Rio in a chic silhouette. I LOVEEEE this dress, enough that when size S didn't fit me I repurchased in XS, but sadly it's just not right for my body type (very flat-chested and don't fill out the top at all lol). This is a copied listing from when I had to sell the size S, so this XS dress does NOT have tags. However, it is in great condition and I have not worn it. There is a little bit of fraying along one of the velvet ties, but after trimming the frays with scissors it's not noticeable. The price reflects this!
